Baby Belly

A supportive Reformer class for pre and postnatal bodies.

Gentle, strengthening sequences adapted to pregnancy and the time after birth. Focus on stability, breath and conscious movement in a calm and supportive setting.

Barre

A modern barre class.

This class blends strength, control and fluid movement. Using the barre for support, precise and low impact sequences focus on sculpting, stabilising and strengthening the whole body. Controlled & elegant.

Hiit & Glow

Dynamic strength.

A high intensity full body session designed to build strength and raise energy. Expect dynamic sequences, clear structure and moments of conscious recovery. You will sweat, reset and leave feeling strong and focused.

Detox

A Vinyasa inspired flow on the mat.

Fluid, continuous movement designed to cleanse, reset and gently re energise the body. Sequences flow with the breath, creating a light and open feeling from within. A class to refresh the body and clear the mind.

A floor based class on the mat, focused on long, supported postures and conscious breath. The body softens, the breath deepens and the nervous system unwinds. Time to slow down, release tension and create space.
