Babies & Bellies
A gentle reformer class for mothers and mothers-to-be, designed to support your body through change. Strength is built where it’s needed, while space is created to allow the body to adapt with ease.
Slow, controlled movements focus on stability, breath and connection. The pace remains calm and supportive throughout, creating a setting where both you and your baby can feel at ease.
Babies are welcome up to around 5 months, or as long as they are not yet mobile. You leave feeling held, supported and more connected to your body.
Chair Flow

90´Stretching Special
A 90-minute stretching session designed to create space in the body and allow tension to release gradually. Longer, unhurried sequences invite you to slow down and move with ease, supporting flexibility, mobility and a deeper sense of openness.
